We take into account the features of the product which has to be packaged, the conditions and terms of its future storage or use, as well as the requirements of technical conditions and state standards - and select materials with appropriate characteristics and properties.

We help to distinguish your product among a number of similar goods, to draw the consumer's attention to it, at the same time keeping already established corporate style or creating a unique, but recognizable image.

We take into account the features of packaging equipment, the possibility of reproduction of all elements of the image by flexographic printing. The maximum width of the press - 1000 mm.

To protect products from the damages caused by light, moisture, air, various temperatures, and mechanical damage, choose a film with appropriate barrier properties and laminate the two- or three-layer composite.
Typically, the outer layer is a film for printing and protection from external influences, in the middle layer - a film with the required water, gas or light permeability. The inner layer has the appropriate heat resistance (depending on the method of further packaging) and chemical properties which rely on direct contact with the packaged product.
Laminate in a solvent-free manner, using a suitable adhesive intended for use in the packaging of specific products.
The maximum width of lamination is 1050 mm.

Taking into account the peculiarities of the customer's packaging equipment, we wind the materials and finished products into rolls of the appropriate diameter, cut the canvas into rolls of the required size.
The width of rolls starts at 30 mm, the maximum width of the material for cutting is 1600 mm, the maximum diameter of rolls is 1000 mm.

At the customer's request, different types of packages can be made from the printed canvas made by us: from simple two-seam, to complex doy-packs with a ziplock, folded bottom, side bookmarks, notches for opening and Euro suspension.

We take care of the protection of finished products from mechanical damage, contamination, external influences, as well as the convenience of its transportation and informativeness.
